Tanks come empty and can be used with either Standard inks or Sublimation Inks. 

Resetting Chips - When ink levels show empty, unclipping the cartridge for the printer so the chip no longer makes contact inside the printer for 30 seconds will reset the level to full.

Full instructions will be supplied with the cartridges
