Tanks come empty and can be used with either Standard inks or Sublimation Inks (dependant on printer). 

Resetting cartridges - When ink levels show empty, unclipping the cartridge for the printer so the chip no longer makes contact inside the printer for 30 seconds will reset the level to full.
